I think a basic low grip down stretch hits the ligs more than this one , but maybe its just me. Try to grip at low base of your penis ( around your fat pad ), stretch it down and hit a reverse kegel. You can do it sitted down but it seems more intense if you do it stand up and pushing your body up.
