I tried for probably 30 minutes. One of the round pieces works fine. I can fit either end of the default rod through either hole on it. The other round piece won't accept either end of either rod through either one of the holes. I tried and tried and tried, and it just wouldn't work...

I placed an order Monday, and I've yet to receive any sort of confirmation that it has shipped. I selected the expedited shipping option. Is that normal? I really just want to get the tracking number so that I can make myself available the day it is set to arrive.

Where exactly does the product ship from if you use the US store? The website says that it is "shipped from within the United States" and takes 3-5 business days. When I placed my order, though, the confirmation email said it would be shipped from Great Britain and take 7-10 days. Which one...
