i have some questions. First of all about stretches..you do them seated and it says to pull down and to the right and down and to the left...does that mean like 4:30 and 7:30 as opposed to 3:00 and 9:00? Also on the circular ones...are they little circles or big ones?
With kegals..do you do...
so when doing the BEL measurement, do you put your penis straight out (parrallel with the floor) and measure on top by pressing the ruller against the bone? Or just against the skin?
