I am a firm believer in nutrition to help with anxiety. My recipe for success has been eating cereal in the morning. It usually has about 25% of the drv of several vitamins. People may be malnourished and this can cause a lot of issues.

The skin closer to the base is tougher where hair grows as opposed to the skin that does not grow hair and is closer to the head. No foreskin here.

I have been at 5" of girth since 17 or so. About 20 years later is it pretty much the same.

What kind of food did you eat to achieve this? Anything in particular that you avoided? I recently lost 20 pounds myself after being injured and out of work for several months.

What I meant to say was, if their mother is hot into their 50s-60s. It is generally a good indicator that the girl will stay hot when they get older. Or if they will turn into a hobbit etc.
