Okay cool gotcha. Can you elaborate the reason you have to stay away from hitting the rods with the sound waves? And will I be using on the top or bottom side of the shaft?
When using the US will the only exercise that need to be done before that is hanging? No bundles etc??
Do you recommend hanging with a vacuum hanger like the silistretcher or the lengthmaster?
