It's been a while since I started working out with SizeGenetic extender. It's working pretty well.
But now I decided to add Bathmate to the routine and I wonder: is it better to use Bathmate first then the extender or is it more suitable to use the extender (8hrs), then do a Bathmate...
Yeah, I was never thinking of doing it more than the recommended 15 minutes everyday. Afterwards place a cock ring in the base for some time to heal expanded.
That's good man, and it does make a difference, at least in international metric system, that's, for me, a good progress. I'm considering giving it a try.
