i think you're right on those muscles. that's pretty much where i feel the issues.
they actually feel more sore and tender than anything. i'll be giving them some massages and heat to see if that helps before i do any exercises but thanks a lot.
anyone know what muscle or nerves surround the base of penis and left and right sides of the base?
i remember erections being controlled and ejaculation being held back by these muscles but i can't seem to hold these and control them as i used to. it's the one that you can flex an erect penis...
