I personally use the ok grip with 2 or 3 fingers to get a good hold then start my pull and then with the free hand add more pressure by pulling on the hand that I have a grip with. I mix it up as well. Some sessions I focus on base pulling and others behind the gland.
Currently my first 5 minutes is at 5 HG the next 5 minutes is about 7 and I do an all out at 10 HG for the last 5 and sometimes will back it back down to 7 if it's to intense. Should I do that any different?
Update: I have finally hit the 7" mark BPEL now at 7.2". I have added manual bundle stretching to my routine as well as a more consistent 5x5x3 routine which has push my girth up to a mor consistent 5". Still pushing for the 500 hours on the Penimaster. I happen to go through my phone yesterday...

Right on! I was just thinking I can do this with the penimaster until the Lengthmaster 3 comes in because I can twist the penis before latching it to the frame.
I've been considering the Lengthmaster 3 just haven't pulled the trigger.
And I do not fully understand the bundle stretching. Is it basically all the same stretching directions except for adding the twisting?

I started my PE journey March of 2022 at 5" BP and 4" EG. Today I measure 7" BP but my natural erection without any work outs prior is around 6.5". I seem to be stuck here though. I don't seem to getting past the 7" mark.

Male edge is junk, broke after like 5 months. I now use the Penimaster and love it. Only downside is the rubber piece but just order extras and you'll be good for a while.
