Well it's quite simple, I wrap few times around with band and than tie around head with a rope; grip is same as one in one hand stretch.
Haven't see your vids...so far...
I do 4 - 5 kg / 20 - 30 min

I've tried it, but the pain is killing me.
I have a feeling like skin wants to break.
That's why the only thing that is working is described tech., but it's almost impossible to go over 6 to 7 for now...

Finally got my LM....
Plus payed 25% tax...
But it seams to me like I stretch my skin more than ligs..
What do you recommend; how to place him in LM ?
How much to press him within two sides ?
