I started with the 2.5 that came with it originally. Worked through the issues with the silisleeves not made for the heavier weights. Went ahead and got the Length Master. Worked up to 7.5lbs using the reverse pyramid program. Took me about 3weeks to get comfortable but couldn't go above 7.5lbs...

Got the new SiliStretcher 2.0. Tested it with the DuroSleeve. I was able to hang 10lbs no problems at all. I could see the glans and see any issues. The pull was down the whole length not just behind the glans. Had some color change in the glans but only slight.

While I was waiting for the Duro's I got the length master. I was using up to 10lbs on that but the glans were not happy. Dark purple... No pain and it would come back to normal quickly. Is that normal? BTW when I was using the silistretcher for the hanging I never experienced the dark purple.

I tried the durosleeve yesterday. I like them. They are much better for heavier hanging. They look like they will fit the bill... Now I need to get more weight. :)

I was looking for the actual routine here and cannot find it. I see @DLD mentions 5x5x3 routine. what is that exactly? I think I may have seen it but want to make sure... Thanks in advance...

Had a chest cold the last two months. Decided yesterday to use the MOSRED on my chest. Coughed up some junk this am and already feel better. Did another session today. Wow...

I am sticking to the recommended 6min with both NIR and Red. Then 9 min of just NIR. Doing that twice a day.

Forgot perhaps the most important thing I noticed... EQ is way better!

Got it Monday and today is Sunday. I noticed energy increase immediately. Noticed the fat pad reduction Saturday and girth on Saturday too. Didn't take long.
