I can do kegels fine without holding the breath but during reverse kegels i am unable to get any force to pull down the pelvic floor. I read somewhere during reverse kegels, i need to force down the pelvic floor using abs or abdominal muscles.is it correct ??
Or if I'm wrong can somebody please...
I know that during kegel exercises you should not hold the breath also your other muscles should stay relaxed but does the same apply with reverse kegels as well because it's impossible for me to do the reverse kegels without holding the breath. During reverse kegels i check the perineum region...
