You can tell counterfeit pumps pretty much straight away, once you see both pumps side by side. The counterfeits have a horrible smelly gator too. Not pleasant <:(

Hi Bennyson. Was this a brand new unopened product? If you send me across a serial number, i can check to see if this is a genuine product. All our products would not be packaged in such away. At least if they are counterfeit, you could claim back your money via eBay / Paypal.
