As comfort will allow, between medium and high tension. Some days it seems to hurt the whole day and I end up having to back down tension, but other days I am on high tension for all hours I am wearing it. Getting the wrap down to a personal science seems to be a sticking point for many.

300 hour photo....looks real close to 200 hour photo, but I'll give myself 1/10 inch gain as I know it is bigger each measurement....but I should reach 7.5 in the next 200 hours pretty easy if I'm consistent. That would put me right on track for 500 hours = 1/2 inch gain.. .
