Yes, I did for 1 hr many times over past few months, do think I did permanent damage or will I return to normal after some weeks or months of rest?

I used the noose hanger and worked myself up to 12lbs hanging for about 1 hour max maybe 3x a week or so. Now I cannot make myself hard anymore unless I'm watching ���� or occasional boner while sleeping. I've since stopped hanging the past week. Please help what kind of damage do you think I...
