May not be too bad then,suggest rest ,if I ever get one I have some gel to rub in and help but usually very prominent and spaghetti string feel to them
Ssj is good but I don't think is something for a newbie,I think it's an exercise for the well trained as again it's an exercise where you are forcing mass expansion,it easy to pop a vein like some have done before
Yea that's the v jelq,if you did then awesome,I didn't as much and basically did the o ring jelq,not good,look everywhere and they say they don't recommend at all
I read a lot on other places and your right , people saying only need 1min sets or 20 mins a day etc etc and it's gone from as much time as possible doing PE to very little required.
There's a lot of flavour of the month and being sheep's across many PE places which I'm not buying into
Because your gripping and putting pressure against the vein that runs along top of your penis and can cause problems and damage after time,think main reason my erections are so poor these days
