    So I took some measurements today... turns out I am 4.7" NBP in length and 5.5" in girth! a whole lot bigger than the 3" I was estimating by looking at it! Def a plus going into my appointment with Dr. Adams and def a confidence boost in starting my routine!

    I agree that manual exercises will be a strong component to any gains I do see, and continue to see. I have committed myself tho to starting my Penis Enlargement efforts with dr. adams, so we'll see how it goes. I will keep everyone updated with my progress.
