BTW, not shown in the pic but you need to put a sheet of silicone wrap or something else between the PM Pro and the cradle to prevent the latex part from prematurely tearing where it touches the cradle.

Never mind regarding the VLC. I found it. I guess that is the same concept as the Penimaster Pro. I did a mod on my extender to use the Penimaster Pro head unit. You can put good force on it while remaining comfortable a long time. I'm assuming the VLC is very similar.

I'm 6.5" at the base and the extender gets uncomfortable unless I stay 100% flaccid while wearing it, which usually is not the case. The Dremel suggestion sounds excellent! Will be trying that soon and also getting rid of the injection mold ridge should also help. BTW, what is "VLC"? Nothing...
