is anyone out there making gains with this method?
I've been doing this method for about 20-40 mins per day, 5-6 days a week for 3 months, I'm not seeing much in gains and I'm at 17.5 Kilos in weight.
I used to do these with the X-40, but I'm its becoming to small for me to use. Has anyone managed to find a way to do these with the X-40? I'm trying to do but its too damn big.
So you say in the video that hanging with LM is for noobs only, at what point is this suitable to start hanging? I have been doing stretches every other day for almost a month now.
