The most important thing to consider is that you need a varied routine to increase girth permanently not just one exercise.
You need something to stretch n work the tunica like a twisted bundle stretch.
Then you can do the erect girth exercises like the Slow Squash Jelq and Pumping.
I like varying my pumping sessions so sometimes I'll wrap a couple of shoelaces near the base for extra constriction.
Other times I'll put on a cockring around the mid to lower shaft and another around the head of my cock.
I usually pump between 10-12 min in one session and I use medium-high to high pressure.
These pumping techniques are advanced so be careful as you build up to them.
The Glans is most likely the hardest part of the cock to make permanent gains so this will be a long process.
On the good side, adding the cockring around my glans has made the ridges flare up more giving it a better texture & shape.
